Service Usage
You are granted non-exclusive access to the Service during the term of these Terms. We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice, including alterations to functionality.
Plans, Billing and Cancellation
AReviews offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify Billing and include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. WooCommerce stores connect to the same AReviews account with an API token and use the same plans. Prices are shown in the App and may change; we will notify you of any price change before it applies to you.
You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. When you downgrade, reviews above your plan's limits are unpublished, not deleted, and are restored if you upgrade again. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
Account
You access the Service through your Shopify or WooCommerce store. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate account information and promptly update any changes. Uninstalling the App ends your subscription.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and API tokens and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent, bad faith, or violating behavior.
Imported Reviews and User Content
The Service lets you import reviews from external marketplaces and collect reviews from your customers. You are solely responsible for the content you import, upload or publish through the Service ("User Content"), for having the right to display it, and for using it in a way that complies with the laws of the countries you sell in, including consumer-protection and advertising rules about reviews. Do not present reviews as being for a different product than the one they were written about, and do not import reviews you know to be false.
We do not endorse or accept liability for User Content. We reserve the right to remove User Content, or to suspend the Service for a store, at our discretion where we believe these Terms are being violated.
Usage Restrictions
You agree to use the Service only for operating your own store and to refrain from reproducing, reselling, or modifying it. Reverse engineering, scraping our endpoints, sharing your API tokens, or attempting to manipulate the Service is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of the Service and associated intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Service without explicit permission. By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service to you.
Privacy
We collect and handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services (marketplaces, Shopify, Klaviyo, AfterShip and others). We are not responsible for their content or practices and encourage you to review their terms and policies.
DMCA Notice
We respect intellectual property rights and will promptly address any infringement claims. Rights holders may send notices regarding infringing material to [email protected].
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Service, the content you import or publish, or your violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any external marketplace will remain importable, or that reviews will affect your store's sales or search rankings.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service within the past twelve months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until termination. We may terminate accounts for violations, and you may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
Notices will be sent via email or other provided contact information. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements. Invalid provisions will be interpreted to give them maximum effect, and disputes will be governed by Israeli law.
